Yesterday I picked up concern about sustainability, workload and functionality.

These issues are key to help desk support and so I will address them in session 3.

We will talk about ticket avoidance rather than problem resolution...which is not directly related to setting up a help desk but will make help desk much easier to manage.

What do you think? What are your most pressing problems?
