The dermatologist also drew a diet plan for me. She included a lot of vegetables, fruits and few dietary supplements. I was asked to follow this very strictly.<br />

My mom exercised military like control over me and ensured that I followed the doctor's advice. After a week, I started to notice the improvements. My skin was less itchy. It felt less dry. Finally, after 3 months of following the diet plan, the acne had almost reduced. I looked the way I looked before. I slowly started regaining my confidence. It took a while to get things back to normal.<br />

It's been ten years since I last had a pimple on my face. And I really don't want one either. To all those people suffering due to acne, you are not alone. Do not let acne affect you. Do not let it control your life.I hope story serves as an inspiration for you to lead a normal life.<br />
