Junior high laptops may have improved teaching, learning, says university study

Five years after District 834’s junior high schools began their laptop programs, most parents, students, teachers there believe the quality of teaching and learning has improved, a university study has concluded. However, the study drew no conclusions as to whether those perceptions are actually true.
