| Amazon to sell OLPC's XO laptop |

| The so-called $100 laptop from the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) initiative will be available via Amazon.com in the US from November. The cheap laptop, originally designed solely for schoolchildren in emerging economies and not for western economies, will be available under OLPC's Give One, Get One programme, under which a person pays for two of the XO laptops - one to keep and one that's donated to a child in a developing country. |
