European delegation brings laptop promise per child

Representatives from the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) European Foundation recently visited Namibia to map the way forward for the initiative that is gaining world acclaim with the Ministry of Education.
European CEO of the OLPC project Walter de Brouwer, Chief Diplomatic Advisor Michael Lake and Development Director Giulia D’ Amico arrived in Windhoek on 24 February to introduce the concept as well as to come to a mutual agreement with the Ministry of Education.
