Dr Kwabena Duffuor - Finance Minister
Contrary to claims and media publications that the first batch of 1000 laptop computers imported into the country as part of the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) programme was paid for by former Minister of Finance, Dr. Anthony Akoto-Osei, it has now been established that the payment was actually carried out by Dr. Kwabena Duffuor, current Minister of Finance and Economic Planning.
