2.2million children to own laptops by 2012 |

Rwanda has targeted to provide all the 2.2 million of its primary school children with laptops by 2012. This was revealed last week (June 9) during the launch of regional Global Center for Excellence in Laptops and Learning by the One Laptop per Child (OLPC), a non-profit organisation. |
