Laptop for rural children
Posted by: Justina Spencer
ALL eyes and ears will be on three communities in the Western Province who have been piloted for the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) initiative next month.

The OLCP Oceania Regional Director Michael Hutak, who visited the country few weeks ago, said this is when an evaluation on the initiative kicks off.

During his one-week trip Mr Hutak visited Patukae community in the Marovo Lagoon.

Patukae is one of the three communities the OLPC project was first introduced last year.
