Posted by: Susan Einhorn

Head of the ICT Directorate at the Ghana Education Service, Emmanuel Kingsley Dadebo says lack of electricity in some schools make it difficult for the government to implement the one-lap-top per child initiative.

Speaking to Asempa News on Thursday, Mr. Dadebo said a lot of schools in the rural areas have been selected to benefit from the one-lap top initiative but these schools lack electricity.
