Sioux City Students Get Grant to Stay Connected
Posted by: Susan Einhorn

Sioux City students will soon get another tool for continuing their education anytime, anywhere.

Every Sioux City 10th through 12th grader, more than 3,000 students, will be getting a Hewlett Packard laptop with an always on Verizon internet connection.

It represents more than $1 mill in federal grant money from the FCC's "Learning on the Go" program.
