| RCS considers 'anywhere' learning |

| The technology coordinator of Richmond Community Schools told the school board Wednesday that a new technology committee wants to promote "anytime, anywhere learning" for students. Among the committee's goals is to put mobile devices -- iPads, laptop computers or netbooks -- in the hands of its students by 2014, Rob Tidrow said. |
